TOE Course Locations

Bristol Royal Infirmary Five day non-residential courses provide an introduction to the use of transoesophageal echocardiography in both theatre and ITU settings by a multidisciplinary faculty. These are predominantly practical hands on in-theatre courses for a maximum of 4 candidates that concentrate on basic image acquisition and interpretation. Previous echocardiography experience is not essential. Courses are approved for 10 external CEPD points. Course directors Dr AT Lovell and Dr SPK Linter.
